Online Pub Spotlights IPG Graduate Students

Plant Sciences graduate student Amy Replogle and biochemistry graduate student Severin Stevenson are showcased in a special issue of SyndicateMizzou.

Amy is studying plant-nematode interactions, and Severin is investigating the regulation of fatty acid biosynthesis in oilseeds. Both graduate students are working in IPG labs in the Bond Life Sciences Center: Amy with Dr. Melissa Mitchum and Severin with Dr. Jay Thelen.

SyndicateMizzou is a web-based resource on research and creative activity at MU. Each online issue includes a short article and video excerpts of interviews with researchers across campus. In the past, the publication has primarily focused on the work of faculty members. In this special issue, a wide range of graduate students conducting breakthrough research in the life sciences is highlighted.
